Shipping policy

All Dotti and Cub orders are packaged with care for both your items and the environment, using environmentally conscious packaging, mailers and stickers. All Domestic orders are sent through Australia Post with a tracking number. We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $100.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless the item is purchased as a pre-order, pre-orders are posted on the release date. For Australia, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days, express shipping usually takes up to 2 business days, and international delivery timeframe is estimated up to 15 business days.
