Refund policy
Any products purchased online from Dotti and Cub at full price can be exchanged for a store credit if it is returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note for change of mind exchanges items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags and labels attached. Return shipping for this purpose is at the customers expense. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind.
We do not offer refund, exchange or store credit on sale items unless the item is faulty.
If you purchased a Dotti and Cub piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
REFUNDS
If you receive a faulty item, you are eligible for a refund. All faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. The product must be sent within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods with tracking number. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we have received your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Alternatively, you can chose to have your original purchase price amount in the form of a store credit.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, make sure it doesn't happen again and make your experience better.
